Stephen Elop who was appointed as CEO of Nokia in Sept,2010 is planning to completely restructure the top level management which may include removal of today’s mobile boss Mary MacDowell, production and logistics chief Niklas Savander other top executives.  These decision may be because of very Q4 of 2010 in which first time in decade Nokia’s marketshare went below 30% and other reason may decreasing margins.
At Q4,2010 results confrence call Elop said “The industry changed. It’s time for Nokia to change faster.”
